we stayed at this hotel on 30.12.2011. In the morning we can not took the shower, because there were NO HOT WATER!!! Can you imagine that??? It is winter, cold, and no HOT water!!! It is terrible! WE really enjoyed our stay in Nice - the hostel was great! Best was for sure the location - very close to the beach and only 5-10 min walking distance to the historical city center. If you're looking to go to Nice, you'll know that this place is not a reasonably priced place to visit.For the price, the room was decent not the newest of rooms but it was clean and had everything we needed Wifi, A/C, etc.The location is AMAZING!You are in the middle of the pedestrian square and the beautiful park with benches and beautiful vegetation/flowers all around.It is less than 5 minutes to the beach promenade and the touristy shopping area, which is nice too.All of the staff is young Anthony, from USA ~ 26th Aug 2011

They were overbooked one night and I had no where to go, so they made arrangements for me to stay in an unused room instead of being out on the street. Great staff, totally reasonable and nice! Sequoia, from USA ~ 1st Aug 2011

Room was so hot. Only a small table fan to keep it cooled down. Cleaning service was nice but the maid never left clean towels so we always has to ask reception. Located close to the beach was nice, but it was far from the train station and we had no car. Plumbingstopped working and then they 'fixed it' but the water wa freezing cold.They make you pay upfront so you can't ask for a refund when these things occur. We wouldn't stay again.
