This hotel had very nice clean rooms, rose petals on the bed. Wifi worked, breakfast was included, staff were nice not too pushy on tours. Decent location to the citadel. a bit of a walk from train station. Taxi should only cost about 30,000 Dong so be prepared to negotiate when you arrive at the station if the meter is not used. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! It's about 5-10 min. to the city and 15 min. to Citadel. The breakfast is great and the staff is really friendly!! Hot shower, nice satellite TV and they give you dvds to watch as well...I recommend!! Harumi, from Brazil ~ 5th Dec 2009

We had an outstanding time staying here. Staff was very friendly and accomodating; they were always smiling and trying to help. Good location in fairly central location. Breakfast was very good. They didn't have a room for us in the morning when we arrived at the Hue Holiday Hotel but they were quickly able to relocate us to a sister hotel, the Victory Hotel. The location of Victory is not nearly as convenient as Hue Holiday, but the accommodations were fine. The staff was quite nice at both places. But I would recommend NOT doing the Hue City Tour with the hotel because it wasn't a very good tour. Yashih, from USA ~ 22nd Aug 2009
