We found the female staff members unhelpful, unfriendly, and unaccommodating. Having to pay a deposit for a plastic room key is ridiculous. If I pay for a bed/room, I should be able to access it. Having to leave the room from 11-3 is the most inconvenient pain in the ass. There was always a line when we had to get the keys recoded every day. Worst hostel in Ireland!!

I stayed at this hostel because i went too see Metallica in Marley park(which was awesome) I didntIt's a good hostel easy to find near the bus station, the people there are helpful. Recommended

The fun depend of the people staying so that is not really to blame on the hostal. Most definitely worth a stay!

El hostal esta muy bien, a unos 10 min del temple bar y a 5 de la calle principal de la ciudad, las habitaciones son grandes pero aun asi esta muy bien, el baño lo limpian todos los dias y esta bastante limpio. El hostal es muy grande y por lo tanto esta muy bien organizado y hay de todo. Lo unico malo es el desayuno gratis que da un poquitin de asco, no hay leche , el zumo es agua, las tazas estan sucias.....No todo iba a ser bueno jejejej . Os lo recomiendo de verdad!! un abrazo

Nice hostel - the staff was great and the location too. Only bad thing is that it was too safe - with the key cards and notes that you had to show. (I felt more annoyed than safe) If would also have been nicer if the luggage could have been in cages in the room and not in a storage room on a different floor.

Great location. the security is really great here, and you always feel safe. It would be nice if there were lockers in your room but the lockers they give you are huge! They are on the main floor but it wasn't that big of a pain. For the price nothing else compares!

Kitchen had really good facilities, but if I had to complain about it, I would say it was a bit small for the amount of people using it. Two thumbs up for this place. Would def come back
