The metro in Berlin is fantastic to travellers. The location of the hostel is excellent since it's right underneath the metro stop. The atmosphere of the hostel was a bit cold, with maybe too much graphities, but was clean enough and the staff was really friendly. Most impotantly the price was very reasonable:-)

das jugendgästehaus liegt zwar nicht zentral, dafür aber nur 3 gehminuten von der s-bahn, mit der man in 20 min am potsdamer platz ist.um die ecke befinden sich supermärkte und andere einkaufs und essgelegenheiten.das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.toll ist auch das reichliche frühstücksbuffet, daß keine wünsche offen lässt.für so einen preis kann man das ja nicht unbedingt erwarten.ich würde jetzt keine woche dort verbringen, aber

Extremely warm welcome - even a free gift!
Excellent breakfast. Right next to S - Bahn so although a bit out of the way easy to get about. Clean and well sized room.
Showers in need of some plumbing as only one worked up to standard.
Would happily stay again. Nice vibe about the place.

this was a fantastic hostel really nice and clean and a great staff. the location is great it is a little bit out of the downtown area but you are literally steps from the train station that will take you anywhere you want to go. the breakfast was great and there is a really nice cheap restaurant the cinderella steakhouse right across the street.

Great price for clean, nice hostel with a filling breakfast and free laundry. Aside from the location, absolutely no problems. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Hello guys , thanks for a great time during our stay ( 12-16 of August). as can be seen in our rating , we were very happy with the hostel. Aside from a faulty drainange in the men's room on the 2nd floor and somewhat slow S- bahn connection during the evening between the center of Berlin and the hostel ( not a problem during the day ), eveything else was just gravey !!
