Next to city center, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included,... Beautiful place ! Only one difficulty : internet acces don't work so good (slow, frequent breaks,... --> but it could be improve ! Elise, from France ~ 20th Aug 2009

When we arrived there had been a double booking so instead of a twin room as booked, the hostel put us into self-contained apartments across the road. What seemed to be a good deal became a bit sour when it turned out that "the apartment" one bedroom of three in a flat and made for dwarves. It also didn't help that there was a building site right outside our window with work starting at 0730h. However, it was clean and felt very secure with locked doors at several levels. Nice hostel if you want to see Krakow by day and have a clean safe place to sleep at night. If you are visiting Krakow for fun & for meeting people stay somewhere else. Staff was very nice and very friendly. Emily, from Netherlands ~ 24th Aug 2009

Can\\\'t comment on any of the above since, when I arrived, I was told there was no room, even though the booking was in January. I was sent somewhere else, but paid deposit was not taken off the charges for that place. Sorry. James, from Scotland ~ 23rd May 2009
