I stayed in one of their double rooms, which is at a location a few blocks from the dorm rooms. Everything was good. The room we had was the worst in the building- only a small skylight, so that was frustrating. The location is great as are the staff and facilities!

I would probably not stay here again. The main thing that bothered me is that there are 2 locations: if you have a single or double room, it is in a building that is hard to find and there is hardly anyone there to let you in. The place is super small and stairs are steep. doesn't sound too bad, until you're walking around Lisbon w/ your bags looking for the place, wasting vacation time. There's no sign at the door letting people know to check in somewhere else and that there is no one at that l
