This hostel was horrendous and I would advise people to steer clear.We stayed during RWC as it was one of the few places available.Alot of the rooms seemed to be leaking water (doors were open and we could see the attempts to clear up the mess), the bathrooms were very dated and were filthy.They were also miles away from the room.The only good thing about this hostel was the very helpful lady on reception who answered all our questions happily and even let me use the phone because the payphone w Sally, from Scotland ~ 17th Oct 2011

Stay somewhere else- the YHA is great, and we only ended up here as the rugby was on and there was no where else to go.This please has no character and the whole place needs to be refurbished.There are too many lifers (long stayers) living here and frankly there is a weird vibe. It wasn't clean, it wasn't sociable,there are no lockers, showers were miles away if you were on the ground floor.The location was the only good thing,but doesn't make up for the rest.Just please please do not stay here!
