everything was good, except 24hours open reception?? i really didn't understand where was the reception. but if you don't need reception, then everything is great!!! thanks!
Hi there and thank you for the comment! Our reception is open from 10-23 most days and 24h means that we will be here also, when previously agreed upon a certain time with a guest. Enjoy your travels and good luck!

You slept in the common room. The place was dirty. I don't know the last time the toilet was cleaned, hair was everywhere.The shower didn't work, so cleaned up in thebath and it didn't drain very well. The girl was n't friendly and quite rude. Only plus was it was in Old Town. It was really quiet, and boring place.
Beds in the common room... Guests should read the description/look at photos. Staff mentioned no longer works at hostel.

It is not really a hostel, it is just one, so no fun ! You can hear everything from the steet. Two girls run the place, one was very nice but the other one was very unfriendly. Only one locker, and it was taken.
Dear Frederic, I am really sorry if someone was unfriendly to you, hopefully that was just a misunderstanding. I would like to make a correction, there are luggage boxes under every bed and a separate safe that guests can use to lock away theyr valuables. We are strict about security here! When it comes to the fun part, we are a quiet place for people who enjoy relaxing environment but we always suggest activities around the city and there are plenty of tours and happenings from our bigger and busier sister hostels. Have luck with your travels and enjoy the road!

Yeah, great stay, what could we say: we stayed there in the middle of the summer, but it was the most expensive experience ever. There is no security whatsoever, the staff are occasional people, and we got robed in the middle of the night by someone that just came in, took our things, and left. Apparently, it happens pretty often, we weren't the first ones, and probably not the last ones either. But at least the city police is nice. Our advice: it's a small city, no need to be in "the cent
By "occasional" you must mean monthly because our staff work for several months, with an exception to the occasional temp who works along side the more permanent staff. This sort of robbery does NOT happen often. In this situation which had occurred, a couple had asked for lodging at our hostel. Instead of the couple staying the night, only the female did. Early in the morning while everyone was asleep, she crept and stole their belongings. It is assumed that this couple are professional theives. To note though, petty theft had occurred before from individuals breaking in through windows and stealing the owner's and hostel's property when closed (i.e. no guests were staying at the hostel).
