You don't get a key for the front door, and have to wait until somebody is in reception. Stayed for one night, and on two occasions I was left waiting outside for roughly 20 minutes before a member of staff returned. Brendan, from Ireland ~ 16th Nov 2011

What a terrific set up! I stayed in an apartment on Vene which was great value and had everything catered for - the staff at the Hostel were very helpful and would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay either in the hostel or in one of their apartments Kathleen, from England ~ 18th Oct 2011

Nice flair and furniture there. Good that they had bed linen so my suitcase wasn\'t overloaded but the towel they provided was extremely small. Location is quite good - you can reach nice places within minutes. Breakfast has a very bad price-perfomrance racio. Marie, from Germany ~ 12th Oct 2011

Great place: clean, good location, kitchen, wi-fi, friendly.Note there are 2 locations for this business, they're a few doors away.Try to stay at the smaller location (NOT the one at 26 Uus) because it's a bit more friendly and the rooms are larger.By the way, their breakfast and available soda pop & water are badly overpriced.BYO. michael, from USA ~ 8th Oct 2011

The only thing worthwhile is the location (in the center and well connected to the airport). Moreover noisy place, with two bathrooms per floor dirty and smelly ... in general, you should expect to use them. Very unpleasant staff, with lousy customer treatment. Just one example: there were a couple of nights invited their friends to the room reserved for guests, joking to his lungs and drinking until 24h!! Ivet, from Spain ~ 24th Aug 2011

I found the service of Hostel.com not good, too slow answering my initial questions which lead to a series of costly misunderstanding.If you have a lot of business (predictable in the busy season) then take on sufficient staff.It's not rocket science. Andrew, from Scotland ~ 5th Aug 2011

Actually it was fine for me. Just got a room with window, which could not be opened. At least not ideal.Further, staff were unpolite und not too warm and helpful as one can expect. Location is good, easy to find and close to everything (Tallinn is not too big). Marco, from Germany ~ 20th Jun 2011

We stayed with 4 people in the hostel for 2 days. The room is nice and clean, but there wasn't much more than 4 beds in the room. There were 2 bathrooms for our floor, what was especially in the morning not enough, it was alway queuing necessary. The cleanness of the bathrooms could be better, but of course also worse. Unfortunately the soap in one bathroom was nearly the whole time empty and they didn't fill it up.
