un excelente lugar para quedarse. las habitaciones pequeñas (solo para dormir). buenos espacios comunes, personas muy simpaticas.

The rooms were a bit too small. There wasn't much room even if your luggage weren't in the room. It was really really hot. It was kinda annoying that the women's washroom was only on the first floor and the men's on the 3rd floor. But I guess it's a small place so there's not much room in the first place.

only 2 blocks from the Bilboa Metro stop, this hostel is in a great location- quiet at night, yet easy to get anywhere quickly. The common area and kitchen are set up well to meet people, but the extremely strict midnight lights out/quiet time (enforced in all common areas) makes it difficult to just hang out at the hostel, which can be annoying. Overall, though, the hostel is very clean and welcoming.

If you just need a bed and place to store your stuff this place works great. i stayed in a 4 person room that was hardly big enough for 2 people, but again, if you arent looking for more then a bed it is fine. a good common space where there tend to be people and clean enough bathrooms and large kitchen if needed. overall a good experiance!! -Ariel - USA

Place was kind of hard to find. Staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were VERY small. Rooms did all have lockers which came help if they were not broken. This place needs to upgrade just about everything. Walls were all dirty. They did have a cleaning lady but I always seem to just see her walking around pissed off. Kitchen wasn't great but did come in very useful. Wifi is free and they also have two computers which was great. Location was close to a metro but very noisey at night so take e

the staff was really nice, the guys talked portuguese, what was easier for me. There were many people on the hostel, so it was a little difficult to find a place quiet at 8pm, but it was fun, anyways, except for my bed that wasn't good!

Friendly staff eager to show you the best that the city has to offer. Guests traveling solo like myself will always meet other travelers to hang out with. Had no issues with security. Shower and restroom facilities a bit inconvenient but that cannot be helped.
