Very clean hostel with excellent bathroom and A/C. The proprietor is a little creepy, but very kind and is the only hostel owner I have ever known who takes the time to explain all the locales around the island and markets and restaurants. At night, we just hung out on the patio and chilled. A slight walk (10 min) from town but very doable, even with heavy packs. Gregory, from USA ~ 14th Jul 2009

Good location, nice and quiet but within easy walking distance of the town. Twin room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Free internet access and nice shady terrace to sit outside. There's a kitchen as well, although we didn't actually use it. The lady was very nice and friendly, but didn't speak English so communication was a bit limited - I think her son is usually there who speaks good English. Other guests extended their stay while we were there so must like it!Good value - recommended. Anna, from England ~ 19th Jun 2009

Great place, clean and close. The host (Ive) was excellent, when we got there he sat us down and gave us a full description of the town and island and a drink, Throughout the stay he was always around to help and answer any questions. On the day we left we didn't catch a ferry until 4pm and he let us keep using the room all day as it was raining, and when we bumped into him down at the dock waiting in the rain for the ferry he stood there and held an umbrella over my wife.
