We had to leave our room key at the desk when we were going out, which made us a little uncomfortable initially. but everything was fine! Great location and VERY clean! Michal, from USA ~ 25th Sep 2011

I really enjoyed it at this location.Being in the middle of the five towns was great for hiking and the hostel itself, while not being anything spectacular, was good all around.Really enjoyed the large lockers.Wifi and breakfast not included. Jesse, from USA ~ 22nd Aug 2011

I has a great time at Corniglia. Out of 2 staff, the second was really nice and helpful. They provide just about everything- towel, alarm clock (with extra fee), secure locker, and more. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are great. People in my room were pretty awesome. Only downside- 400 steps to get up to the hostel (the shuttle only runs until about 8 at night). It was alright. Did pay for 8 bed and there was nine people sleeping in room. So was a bit cramped. Breakfast was good. Maybe could provide more information on Cinque Terre. David, from England ~ 17th Aug 2011

Everything very recommendable, except for the staff that I saw on the 9th at 4pm. I went back to the hostel to pick up my bag and I asked if I could use the toilette and change my cloth (after hicking 6 hours) and he told me I could not use it, that I must go to the public ones in the station. It was the most horrible stay of my vacation in Europe, i thought it was going to be the best since the 5 cities are beautiful but the staff there were terrible, we knocked on the door and the secretary opens the door and shouts at us and then they applied unknown charges to our bill and the maid there acts like she isnt getting paid to do her work. mereley ask for something simple and she frets about it and throws her cleaning supplies against the wall.
