Very nice place to stay for the money. Great location if you have a Japan Rail pass as it is a 1 minute walk from the JR Otsuka Station. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I was in Tokyo again. Larry, from USA ~ 7th Jan 2010
