I originally booked for two nights.Upon traveling to Oxford and Nottingham I had to find out my final three days and decided to come back to this hostel.It's very clean, excellent staff, and a LOT of friendly people.This was definitely a memorable experience and I didn't want to leave too soon.Just remember that the best showers are on the second floor!

Shower rooms and toilets on the 2nd floor are not available. It's really inconveient for guests who live on the floor.

Hi! As we are currently in the process of installing new bathrooms to improve our facilities for all our guests, there is some bathrooms that are currently out of order. We do apologise for this inconvenience, however there is plenty of other bathrooms available throughout the building,including some brand new ones! Palmers Lodge Team

It was difficult to find where it is at first. I was lost so I had to use my google map. Printing out the map will be very helpful. I stayed 21 bed female dorm. It was on the third floor but I didn't imagine that the staircase to the third floor was very narrow. 21 bed dorm is right under the roof so some beds are just single bed which I liked it. It was not en-suite so I had to search for shower on the ground floor. It served continental breakfast and I could enjoy croissant every morning.

We are currently upgrading our bathrooms that is the reason why that room can only be accessed through a narrow staircase. It is however nice to know you were happy with the breakfast. Everything is a short tube/bus ride away. Close to Camden Market, which is amazing!
