We were transferred to their new location at Piazza S. Marce. Excellent! You share the appartment with two other 2bed rooms. The apartment is brand new.

The directions are misleading, is about a 20 minute walk from the bus stop - luckily a really nice italian woman walked us all the way there! without her we would have been totally lost! room was ok, no lockers though. personally wouldnt stay there again, is a mission to get to.

Bit of a distance from the centre but was definately worth it for the price and the public transport was regular as well as buses offered by the site itself. staying in the tent was surprisingly comfortable (sheets were provided and tents included proper beds) and the bathroom facilities were acceptable. breakfast offered is reasonably priced and has lots to offer. friendly and helpful staff. has a swimming pool which looked good but unfortunately didnt have the chance to check it out. was reco

Remember this - you get what you pay for. I stayed in the cheapest option and it turned out to be a tent. There were mosquitoes biting me throughout the night and it is right next to a highway so expect to be woken up throughout the night from honks and traffic noise. And of course, tents do not have air conditioning and it is HOT in Italy in the summer. Besides these things, they have a really nice pool, good restuarant thats not too expensive, and it's pretty easy to get into Venice. However,

Had a great time here. Not a great location but there's a shuttle bus at convenient times.
