La habitacion es excelente,muy confortable, y la atencion tambien excelente. Solo una noche no descanse bien debido al ruido que hacian los chicos cuando entraban y salian, no tenian respeto en el horario y cantaban y gritaban hasta las 6 de la maniana, exceptuqndo eso, 10 puntos Maria del Rosario, from Argentina ~ 1st Feb 2012

I was quite impressed with Plus. Great staff, laundry room access, swimming pool, roof terrace, large lounge/cafeteria area, cheap all-u-can-eat breakfast. Sometimes you forget it\'s even a hostel but I think a lot had to do with great organization and preparation. They provided towels and even shampoo and soap. The only exception I had was that you have to pay to use the computers Wi-Fi is free. I had the four bed female dorm ensuite it was very spacious and clean. I stayed here for 4 nights. Its located in near by Firenze S.M.N station and it takes 10-15minutes to get there. The room is pretty clean and use free wifi in the room. The most important is this. The toilet and bathroom is seprated. Some guests make noise until late night, but i recommend this hostel. :) HYUNJI, from South Korea ~ 3rd Nov 2011

So far, it's been the best hostel I've ever stayed at, shame I didn't have time to enjoy all it's facilities as I was running on a tight schedule, but the room was very safe, comfy and clean, and it wasn't noisy so I had a very good rest, it's not extremelly close from the station but still within a good walking distance, also very close to the central market and Duomo. Would definitely go back and recommend it, it's worth paying just a little bit extra for what you get. I don't think I could ha Rosane, from England ~ 30th Sep 2011
