Pick-up service is strongly recommended, because you don't find this hotel without this. Location is very good - we had a view to Ganga, but streets are dark, narrow, dirty and alike to each other. But all main ghats are close to hotel and you can feel the real spirit of Varanasi in this hotel. The staff is very careful and helpful, food is cheap and good. You can get a good massage there, too.
