Regent Hostel dans Campora San Giovanni, France

nice and clean room but you couldn't set the temperature (heating was on full blast all the time). there's a cozy social room and a kitchen. only one of four cooking plates were working and there were no towels or detergents the day we arrived, but we asked for them and the next day they were replaced. the staff is very friendly and helpful! also the entrance is under CCTV supervision and you have to ring a bell (point for security) and the metro is just across the street. i'd stay here again Falk, from Germany ~ 11th Feb 2012

This hostel was awesome and we had a great time staying there. I am trying to learn my French so the employees were willing to help and speak French slowly to me and then English if I needed it.Will definitely stay here next time I go to Paris. Marcus, from USA ~ 18th Jan 2012

The hostel was fine, the location is pretty nice and it's very close to the metro and Gare du Nord.I would not recommend this hostel if you are trying to meet other travelers and there isn't really wifi outside of the small area by the check-in desk.Nothing outstanding, nothing horrible mary, from USA ~ 9th Jan 2012

At first we really liked the Regent, it is very charming and warm inside. Our room was ok, squeaky bunkbeds and a cracked toilet seat. They do have lockers, but only a few downstairs on the small side and a friend of ours in the dorm had something stolen from our room. The staff was not very helpful at all, gave bad recommendations and didn't seem to care whether the guest was happy or not. Atrociously expensive internet and laundry. The cleaning lady wake us up early and try to kick us out of the room to realize later on she was wrong and we didn't have to check out (we where leaving only the next day). Other than that, good place Charles, from Canada ~ 18th Dec 2011
