Excellent place to stay generally, Handee to town and good facilities. Could do with re stocking the gym area is a good space with poor gear. bill, from New Zealand ~ 28th Jul 2009

the place itself is very nice, clean and the staff is magnificent. nevertheless it's located on bilbao's most horrible neighborhood and it's quite terrifying to get there after dark. i wouldn't like to demerit the place, but for 50€ more (total) i was able to book a room for the same time in a four star hotel, look around before you resort to this one. juan, from Colombia ~ 13th Jul 2009

Went with a group of males and this was pretty much perfect. The location is relatively central but it isn't a particularly safe part of town so that is worth bearing in mind if you are alone or if there are females in your party. Staff were nice and helpful! Adam, from England ~ 23rd Jun 2009
