Pas mauvais, mais un peu déçu. Emplacement très correct, mais prises de courant quasi inexistantes. Faire payer 3 euros la serviette en plus par personne quand on demande déjà la salle de bain privée c'est très moyen ; dire en arrivant qu'il faut quitter la chambre pour midi et entendre le lendemain que c'était à 10H c'est très moyen aussi. Security: there's a safe in the room for your most important stuff. Location: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, only really good thing in this place! Staff: barely spoke english, smoked inside and tried to hide it with air-freshener, quite unhelpful. Fun: jacuzzi, that's about it. Cleanliness: clean rooms, shitty toilets/showers. The hostel owner was really hospitable and discrete. The room was really clean and quite large and even if it was july the room was cool. When I'll need a hostel in Florence in the future I will chose this one. Marian, from Italy ~ 9th Jul 2009
