one of the best hostels! they offer convenient airport pick up service and a lot of different tours. the bedroom and bathroom was clean and spacious and they put fresh fruit basket in our room EVERYDAY during our stay! Sim the owner is always there and he's happy to help you with all kinds of things you need. the cafe also has a great variety of chinese/japanese and western food at a very reasonable price. shane, from USA ~ 18th Oct 2009

Sim's knows how to do it right. Every little detail is thought about and executed. It is a fool proof hostel that can help you in anyway, and a great place to relax. Jordan, from USA ~ 1st Oct 2009

Best hostel I've ever stayed in. Clean, safe, great environment, and all at a really decent price. My only complaint would be that it was pretty busy, so I didn't have a chance to chat with and get to know the staff better, but lots of guests is the result of being a good hostel I guess John, from USA ~ 27th Aug 2009

A lovely hostel, The staff were friendly but didn't go out of there way to help us. This might be because they were alot of trainee staff. Our room was not cleaned in the 4 night that we stayed even though we put the sign on our door. I do not mind that the bed sheets and towels were not changed but the bins were not enptied, and this to me is very poor as it's in a country where you can not put toilet paper into the toilet. VERY unhygienic. The tour desk really needs to be in a different place Lee, from England ~ 28th Aug 2009

Very wonderful place to stay. A nice haven in the city. We are still perplexed by the little room in the upstairs part of the bar where the couch fits PERFECTLY... we are so curious... was the room built for the couch? Was the couch custom made to fit the room?? Anyways we found the panda tour to be better than we expected and the staff to be the most helpful of anywhere we have stayed in China yet (and I have been here two and a half months!)
