The breakfast was ok, not too bad, not too good. There are such bad things to comment in this hostel, one of them is that the common room is closed at 10.30 p.m. or less, and the other common room they have is like a big room with chairs but any table... The most awful thing was the cleanliness... is like they cleaned the bedrooms years ago, the same with the blankets... It's quite nasty. But althoug my expectatives, the bed was quite warm. The staff was quite rude, except a blon

As a customer you expect to always be met with the greatest of respect and shown that the receptionist or whatever it is pays attention to you. On a couple of occasions it felt as if those workers didnt care about you, also I expect a receptionist to respect a queue line, hence NOT speaking about "funny things" with one customer for like 7 minutes. This was the negative stuff, other than that, we enjoyed our stay and wouldnt mind to do the proverbial "come again".

The toilets were "out of order" so there was just one toilet for 16 persons ... =D

Generally speaking, it is not bad. But what I am not satisfied with is that there is no locked box for residents to store valuable luggages. Renting a locker would cost 1.5 pound a day, and even more at night.

I think the hostel overall was a good place to stay. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and had only a few things to complain about; the staff seemed dissatisfied, as if they didn't like their job which made us feel uncomfortable. We stayed in a 14 bed dorm and the room only had one lamp which caused problems when people arrived at night while the rest of us were asleep. The breakfast was alright, not very fancy, just the basic bread, juice and cornflakes.

The location is good, shops just down the road as well as Bayswater tube station. We stayed in october, in a 16 bed - dorm.
