The staff was extra helpful. The location was perfect. It was easy to hop on a tram and be in the Central Business District in 12-15 minutes. We received all sorts of helpful pointers from other guests and the free breakfast and WIFI was very nice. The building has character and the neighborhood is lovely. Sigrid, from USA ~ 2nd Oct 2011

Well, as you can see from my ratings, the place is good in all the criteria mentioned and I personally loved it! Nevertheless, it's got some minuses due to the old age of the building: smelly corridors dodgy locks on doors noise coming through thin doors and windows no A/C no bedside light.
