It is a very nice Hotel to meet people, enjoing and relaxing. The balinese massage was absolutely gorgeous! And very friendly staff and so clean!!! Definitely recommended!!! Just a couple of minutes walk and you have great restaurants and bars. You wanna know anything about Bali just ask the owner. They'll help you :-)) You also get from the reciption a brochure with a map of the area and good bars and restarants, also things to do on Bali. Thanks for such a nice stay. See you soon. I highly recommend this hostel although it seems to attract a younger crowd rather than a mixed age group like other hostels I have stayed in. The only thing I didn't like was the uncomfortable wooden ladder to the top bunk! jane, from Australia ~ 10th Jan 2010

a great little place hidden down a back ally. it offer a relaxed enviroment with extreamly friendly and helpful staff. airconditioned dorm and a pool, good priced breakfast and dinner. the location is great with easy access to both the quieter areas and the busy main street. great place, id defenitly stay there again shaun, from Australia ~ 10th Jan 2010

The Island Bali was a bit hard to find, as it's the last place down a long alley ("gang" in Indonesian). This was intimidating at night but there's community security half-way down the alley. When you finally see the hostel though, wow! It's so new and clean! It's like a fancy hotel! The dorm is spacious and you get two lockers, one enough for a pack and a second for other smaller items. All the staff were wonderful, especially Amie and Agune who took us out on the town in nearby Kuta. Vinh, from USA ~ 23rd Nov 2009
