Cleanliness? Hahahaha. Of course, it could be cleaner, but that would reduce the "character" and "fun" scores. Besides, the staff, who all speak English and at least a couple of other languages, would be so busy chasing around after the clients with a broom that they wouldn't have time to be so helpful. L'viv is a great town too.

Great hostel! The building is located a block away from the L'viv Opera House. Eddie and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful with everything from suggestions on what to see in town to transportation issues. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and safe. I would stay here again.

Very nice hostel. But you shouldn't book the double room with shower. It's not in the main building. You have to cross a dark inneryard. The shower is very strange in the restroom... Anyway the staff is very very nice and friendly. It is absolutly in the city center. It has interesting style. The bathrooms of the main parts (with dormitories) are very clean and beautifull, they have a good breakfast, and and and. Generally I liked it much! BUT dont book the double room with shower!

Great place to stay, if maybe a little hard to find due to the cyrillic streetnames. But that whould be true for any hostel. Staff is always glad to help in finding interesting events (eg opera) helping to book traintickets or finding the best place to eat.
