Had a great time. Will be back! The owner is really helpful, there's a nice atmosphere in the bar/lounge and very handy for both the old town eateries and bars and the beach. Also recommend Tarifa Max if you're looking to go kitesurfing

There is a really cute dog... that really doesnt like people. It tried to bite me and actually broke skin of another travellers hand while we were there!!

The staff were extremely nice at this hostel. Unfortunately the mixed dorm is too small to accommodate all the beds, so on a hot summer's night without airconditioning, it was exceptionally stuffy.

Actually my rating of Backpackers Hostel Tarifa is quite good, but that doesn't really demonstrate my opinion about it. Staff is really friendly there, but our main concern was that they have only 2 showers for around 30 people, which is a bit nervous, when you have to wait, when you have to do your necessary activities. The room was not more than a bed (filling the whole room), a window, a small desk, a cupboard
