I will like to give this rating because of the politeness and friendliness of the staff. When I rang the bell to come in, the staff actually helped with my luggage. Tea and coffee was free and no limit to how much you can have. The staff(William) had exceptional customer service skills. In the first place, Times Square Comfort Hostel in NYC is well located, which saves tourists a considerable amount of time and money. The staff's helpfulness is highly impressive. I myself like the living room very much, where I have free and easy access to the internet and can enjoy nice tea and coffee free of charge. The location of the hostel is great, very quite place (not for someone who\\\'s looking for a party). The biggest problem is that the owner doesn\\\'t change the linen and the \\\"newcomers\\\" sleep on the used linen. The website says that linen is included in the price, so I didn\\\'t take anything with me. That was quite discusting!!!! Be aware! Anna, from Israel ~ 13th Sep 2009
