Tokyo Star dans Ios, Ukraine

Very narrow and small rooms. I felt myself packed like sardines. I guess it is the cheapest, but for this money it's possible and better to rent an apartment if you're traveling with friends. There were some insects in the corridor and very cold air conditioning. Among pluses: wi-fi and a guest computer. I took a single bed bedroom and i have been fully satisfied. Dont expect a kind of familly spirit as in standard hostels. You pay for a single bed bedroom which includes a personnal bathroom and it is what you have. It is small (as on the picture) but it is very cheap. If you are looking for a room for yourself it is a good deal. I would say that the lower point is the staff at reception desk. The rooms are never cleaned during our stay. The computer available for guests is monopolized to play by several young people who seem to work for the hotel, without understanding what they're doing ..! When asked the computer, they often respond no ..!!! It's a shame ... The young woman who holds the buffet does not speak English and do not try to understand what a customer might want, if he does not speak Russian. sehr unfreundliches Personal, kamen um 2.00 in der Nacht an. Obwohl wir eine schriftliche Bestatigung hatten bekamen wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer. Frau erklaerte uns sehr unfreundlich, dass es unsere Schuld sei, da wir nicht angerufen hatten. Reservierung wurde aber bestaetigt per emial. Anderer Reisegruppe ging es genaus so. Although I hadbooked and paid for 14 nights. At 11 p.m. on the 13th night. I was awoken, told that if I wanted to sdtay till the morning that I would have to pay an extra. When I refused They threatened to call the police and cause many problems. I left at spent the night at the airport. A very dissapoin ting end to an otherwise excellent stay.
