Remember that this is a guest house, not a hostel. If you do, then you'll realize why it has a hotel/motel feel. It's a great place in Seoul if you're wishing to see the city. If you want to party hardy and get your soju on, stay in a hostel.

It was my first experance at a hostel and it was a great one. I have no complants and would recomend this one. It's nice and worth the extra money.

Owner was very friendly and the staff was very approachable as well. Standard of english was very good for a country that does not attempt to learn to speak the language at all

The bathroom smelled of amonia and made us sick, we had to leave the window open all night and the pillows are filled with plastic pieces that crunch when you move, this is why they don't let you look at the room first. The day attendant was really rude, we got one towel for two people and had to ask for toilet paper as there was only a little when we got there. Will not stay there again.
