Smoking is officially prohibited but you can feel the smell of grass everywhere. The tall balding guy on the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. Ilja, from Serbia ~ 19th Jan 2012

Its very dirty, the showers are little, and the carpet is a new ecosystem to discover. Marc, from Spain ~ 27th Aug 2011

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Rooms are tiny and stinky, the staircase had a very intense smell after something was probably painted with cheap paint. Carpet floors in rooms which is very unhygienic. A very unkind place to stay! Kasun, from Austria ~ 9th Aug 2011

We had bed bugs in our room. We found one and brought it to the main desk. The gentleman was extremely freaked out, threw away the bug and paid us off for one night. We came back later and told another gentleman who said the room would be closed and fumigated. We didn't feel as if our issue was taken seriously at first and would have appreciated a full refund. The place was nice, but the bed bugs ruined the experience. Ryan, from USA ~ 1st Jul 2011

The building is lovely, however there are some rooms too full, with no proper space to get in the beds. Apart from this the location is great... Joana, from Portugal ~ 19th Jun 2011

We booked last minute and this was excellent location for the price. Right next to a tram and bus stop and several museums. No breakfast option given and we had difficulty finding something to eat early on Sunday morning. Jackie, from USA ~ 30th May 2011

Staff is unfriendly and place does not even have a room to hung up. Breakfast is awful if you don't go during the first 20 mins you won't have even milk!!!!! But the worse was that on my second night I got badly beaten by bed bugs all over my body, it was that bad that I had to go to emergency room and take cortisone for 3 weeks, today a month later still covered with marks!!!!!!!!! I have emailed the hostel and they have not even reply to apologise Rosa Lopez Rosa Maria, from Spain ~ 7th Jun 2011
