The location was very convenient, not far from public transportation and within quick walking distance to the heart of San Francisco. The staff was willing to help answer questions about the city.The hostel was not particularly clean, but was alright. The hostel is a good value for someone on a budget wanting a good location. The guys who run the hostel are very relaxed and helpful. The (free!) Thanksgiving dinner was home cooked and very tasteful, leftovers were shared the next days, how nice! Atmosphere was relaxed and homy, I had a very good stay:) Rosa, from Netherlands ~ 28th Nov 2011

The staff was better than good I would add a great button if I could. The bed was comfy enough. The only thing I would change is clean up the common area/ kitchen and bring in a better couch. Otherwise a great little hostel in a very convenient location. damien, from USA ~ 9th Nov 2011
