First we didn´t get towels - only after we asked for them. Then they were left in front of our door (on the dirty floor). Inside our room there was a lot of mold on the floor. The cleanliness of the room was ok, except for the mold on the floor. Ina, from Germany ~ 3rd Sep 2012
