Sur la réservation, ils parlent d'une navette gratuite; arrivé à la gare, il n'y a pas de navette gratuite, juste un bus à 2 pounds qui vous arrête à 10 minutes à pied de l'hotel, ou un taxi. Même chose pour le wifi gratuit. 4 jours passés à l'hotel, 3 heures de connection. Impossible de se connecter les 3 jours et 21 heures restantes. L'hotel et sale, la peinture se décolle du mur. Stayed for 2 nights and for the price, i thought it was great. We were worried because we had read terrible reviews but went anyway because it was the cheapest. Nice staff, nice area, view overlooking a park and everything. Nice people sharing the dorm, pretty clean. Not impressed, but I chose West 2 London based on the low cost and nothing else. Nevertheless, I was disappointed that the "twin bed room" was with a bunk bed. That information would have been nice when travelling as a couple! Gerda, from Denmark ~ 4th Nov 2009

Ei, We stayed at 8 people mixed room... Ok, it was small but comfortable they provided clean linen every day. There are enough bathrooms but you have to look for them. So from my point of view, very good hostel for about 9 pounds per night. :) Xavier, from Spain ~ 23rd Sep 2009

It's a horrible and old place that needs loads of maintainace. It has many screeking doors and beds that didn't let me sleep good. The sink in my bedroom leaked 24/7, it's not eco-friendly at all. Luis, from Colombia ~ 8th Sep 2009

staff were very unhelpful and didnt pay any attention to the guests. they were too busy chatting amongst themselves. arrived on a late bus and got to the station at 11pm. called the hostel for directions and he said he was new and didnt really know how to get there from the staion. he said to ASK SOMEONE ON THE STREET! it SHOULD have been a 15 minute bus or tube ride, but we didnt find the place until 2 AM! when we arrived he knew it was me who had called and he asks " so you found the place ok? Great place and a location to stay in london the only downside is probably the fact that the showers dont have a door to separate each other... theres two showers separated by a door that can be locked but theres none on the shower itself... so if someone is using one shower generally closes the door leaving one of the showers free but with no use. Wow. I've stayed in a lot of hostels, and a lot of dirty hostels, but this one tops them off. I read the reviews as said to myself "Pfffff can't be as bad as they say" but ooooooohhhh it is. Thank god I brought my own bedding or I would have way more bed bug bites than I already have. They say they have a kitchen but the oven doesn't work and they only give you plastic utensils and the microwave is dirty. And the couches in the common room look like someone has puked on them.
