A group of us ran a mountain race in the morning and the staff allowed us a later check out time so that we could shower and relax after the race. This was done easily, with smiles, and at no extra charge. Apart from this the hostel is really good across the board. Excellent location and good common space. we stayed in a double room and the matress was on the floor, didnt have a proper bed. the room stinked and had lots of spiderwebs. didnt like it at all!! diana, from Portugal ~ 9th Oct 2011

In my opinion the staff is much more than lazy. The DVD room seems to be accessible for the staff and Chinese only.Inside the hotel it was freezing because all doors was open all daty long.At 10 pm they close the internet and wifi access too.
