Having tried a very big number of hostels in London, I must say that this hostel isn't worth the huge amount of money you pay... Ok, the place is clean and well located, but that's about it! They charge you a great amount for internet, and breakfast. I don't recommend this hostel unless you have a huge budget (but then you can find a real hotel of even better quality for the same price!!). Pernille Louise, from Germany ~ 31st Oct 2009

Very disappointed that there was no kitchen for us to use. We can't all afford to pay £4-$5 for every meal. Kelly, from USA ~ 4th Oct 2009

Desk staff were helpful and polite. Bathrooms and showers are a little bit dodge. Desarae, from USA ~ 2nd Jul 2009

Good location, nice facilities... but boring, and the staff are aloof and just meet the basic standards of helpfulness- that is strict flat answers devoid of any friendliness. Meredith, from USA ~ 12th Jun 2009

Nice centrasl place to stay. The breakfast was fantastic - really, really good and have recommended to others to stay at this hostel. Very handy to jump on and off bus tour and see London. Susan, from New Zealand ~ 5th Jul 2009

You can't have a better location - right across the street from St. Paul's. The St. Paul's Underground as well as the Millenium Bridge are just a short walk away. The hostel was very clean, organized, and relaxing. It has a dining hall that serves food for those interested. It has pay-for-time internet access. It was a great all around experience. I highly recommend it. Christopher, from USA ~ 18th May 2009

The staff was really bad. I don't know why they work with tourism if it's clearly they don't want to. All my questions were answered with monosyllable. The building is beautiful outside, but inside is very ugly. It was exactly like a hotel, without common spaces. You have to be either in the room or outside the hostel. No patio, terrace or anything, just a "backyard" where all the ventilation fans were installed, so you had like a plane turbine with its lovely sound. Also, they charge you EVER Mariana, from Argentina ~ 15th May 2009
