This is a brand new luxury, fully self-contained apartment is finished to a very high standard. Comes with air conditioning & is on the 4th fl. with lift in a modern building. Elegantly furnished.
There is a double bedroom, and 1 single bedroom. Modern fully fitted kitchen/diner, open plan lounge. T.V., DVD & CD player & satellite. Bathroom with shower.
It is in walking distance to all amenities: church, restaurants, pubs, take-aways, supermarkets, hairdressing salon - barber, post-office, cash point, train- station, bus stop, & more. An easy 10 min stroll to the nearest sandy beach.
Our prices are All-Inclusive for 2 (two) guests, for each extra guest � 35.00 must be added to the total.
I feel that it is important to mention that we provide pure cotton bed/bath linen & beach towels & we take responsibility for their laundering.
Surety deposit � 200.00 (in case of damages) is requested by the proprietor at the consignment of the keys.
You will be pleased to know that we provide complimentary airport pickup and drop-off from the Alghero airport only for a seven night stay.
