The center of the fantastic residence guarantees the monuments proximity historical, churches and every kind of services: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, local, pub, banks, pharmacies.
The location doesn't allow the use of the auto nevertheless to few hundred meters ample parking lot forehead I bring free town.
From the I daily bring (150 meters) departures they are organized for sea excursions.
Free beach to 250 meters. Stopped bus and taxi to 250 meters from and for airport or excursions for all the destinations of the island.

It is possible to rent bed linen at the cost of 2,50€. per day for person , to be paid in advance at the reservation time.
We also offer the opportunity to have a private transfer from Alghero Airport to the Residence with a special price of euros 20 for each way. On request.(max 2 person)

The two-bed apartment is suitable for up to two people. This elegant loft-style apartment was recently renovated and furnished with high-quality furniture, is bright and airy with rustic wooden beams and windows that look out onto the street. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, micro oven, kettle, toaster and more. There's also a snack zone, stools, two couches, a TV, air-conditioning and a safe, all included in the price.
We don't have parking on premises but there is an ample parking lot a few hundred metres away.
We're just 250 metres from the beach, bus stops, taxis to the airport and excursions to the rest of the island. It's possible to organise sea excursions as well as car and bicycle rental.
Check-in: anytime. Please notify us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Check-out: 10am. Payment is due upon arrival, in cash only, please. Please note that prices don't include daily apartment cleaning or bed linen. An additional fee of €50 will be charged for the final cleaning of the apartment, payable in advance.
