The B&B is in the city centre in 5-minute walk from the central bus and train station and in close vicinity to the historical centre. This was actually what we sought for, since we stayed 1 day and had a flight next afternoon. The beach (Poetto) is though rather far, but you can reach it by public bus in around 15 minutes. The place is managed by a man and his wife, who were very nice and helpful. In the morning we were treated with lavish breakfast which is included in the price.
