We did tons of research and nothing compared to Soberanis! The staff speak English well, but they appreciated my Spanish. We quickly made friends--we bought some coconuts at the fantastic grocery next door, and they sent a troop of kitchen staff to prepare them for us (no charge)! You're minutes from the bus stop, right on a main street. The private rooms are basically cheap hotel rooms--lock boxes in each, private bathrooms, closet--incredible space for a hostel. The included breakfast is William, from USA ~ 15th Mar 2010
