Run by friendly host Evelyn Carolan for over 20 years, Lynolan House is well located in a beautiful rural area just 5km south of Dundalk in County Louth. Ideal for touring the North East of Ireland, we are just 700m from Junction 16 on the M1, halfway between Dublin and Belfast and 40 minutes from Dublin Airport.
All rooms at Lynolan House are well equipped with TV, WiFi, hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities, as well as electric blankets to keep you cosy during the winter months.
A hearty, home cooked full Irish breakfast is served in the large dining room, along with a wide selection of cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, juice and fresh fruit on the breakfast bar.
Your host, Evelyn, has carefully prepared detailed route maps and guided tours for day trips covering all the major attractions in the area, which she will be more than happy to share with you.
Other facilities include a cosy TV lounge with an open-hearth fire (weather permitting!), a large conservatory with a Technogym treadmill, a selection of tourist information and other reading material and a large bathroom boasting a 4 person sauna, Jacuzzi bath and steam shower, available for guests staying more than one night.
