The Victorian apartment has its own front entrance with all the character of this era (1890 circa.) and fitted out with new furniture throughout the apartment. It has a large lounge with Victorian mantelpiece, surrounds and traditional wooden floor throughout the property (except the bathroom which is tiled). There are two bedrooms, large lounge, lovely hall, recently refurbished bathroom (bath and shower over) and modern fully fitted kitchen. We offer a welcome pack and at your request, a shopping list if you want specific items. There is also a barbecue area at the back (communal garden as is all Victorian properties). There is no car park.

The apartment is refreshed once a week with fresh linen and towels for stays longer than 7 days.
Please note the lead guest will be required to show valid photographic identification (driver's licence/ passport) at the time of check-in.
The apartment reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's credit card/ debit card up to a maximum of �200 per apartment prior to arrival.

Getting to the apartment from Waverley Train Station:

Walk up to the North Bridge and take a Lothian Region Transport No. 14, 30 or 33 bus from the left hand side of the road (heading North). The fare is �1.50 (adult) and 70p (child 5-15yrs) - you need the exact money as the driver does not give change! Tell the driver that you want off the bus at Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool. The apartment is on the other side of the road. Depending on your travel plans, a day pass - �3.50 (adult) and �2.00 (child 5-15yrs) might be more suitable.
