North Hotel No.2 is located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and provides comfortable accommodation in traditionally-furnished private rooms, featuring en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, cable television, refrigerators and telephones.
Facilities include a tours desk, vehicle rentals, a laundry service, luggage storage, high speed internet, a common room and a café. We operate a 24-hour check-in, and can provide an airport pick-up service, subject to prior arrangement.

Our North Hotel N.2 has been recommended in New released Rough Guides Book, Lonely Planet and some other foreign guide books such as Guide du Routard etc.
We would like to inform you that some times, taxi drivers or bus drivers said to our guests that, they want to take our guests to our North Hotel N.2, but, our Hotel was full so, they took our guests to other places. In fact, we still keep room for our guests. Some times, there are some persons show our North Hotel name-card and said to our guests that, I'm our North Hotel's staff. We regret that, North Hotel N.2 is full today, so please come to other hotel or guest house and then they took our guests to another guest house or hotel at very high price. In fact we have no one to go to streets like that. Or on the way to our hotel, you will meet many street boys, they will be very insistent to invite you to another place for getting your money, and possibly attempt to trick you into going to another guesthouse or hotels !
This is the reason we always to propose our guest kindly accept our transportation service.
