Our friendly independent guesthouse is operated
by the owner, who is an Artist , and has transformed an old historic house into unique wonderful surroundings.
We offer free Internet, Wi-Fi and Sky TV.
Most rooms have en -suite bathrooms and open plan kitchenettes.
Although we do not provide breakfast, our self-catering facilities are sufficient to cook your own.
You could take your breakfast out to our lovely sun terrace , weather permitting.
Our quiet residential street is only a few minutes walking distance to Kinsale town centre. This is an important historic house built circa 400 years ago to house the Officers of the Cork Garrison.
The soldiers drew water from the well when they returned from the battlefield, and retired to their huts in the walled garden.
The Historic Old Wall of Kinsale runs along the boundaries of the garden.

This place was in a great location a quick walk from the hubbub of the central square. The beds were very comfortable, Joy and her staff were very welcoming and helpful! The only thing that was difficult for me was that there was a group of extremely loud drunk guys in the room below mine that were yelling and partying in their room until 5am. When i went down at 3:30am and asked them to please let me sleep they just got louder and made fun of me for asking. I\'m afraid hostels aren\'t my thing.
