We are located in 2 minutes walk from one of the main subway station in Kyoto and main shopping areas. Numerous famous temples, shrines, and Geisha district, called Gion are within walking distance. Since it is easy to access JR Kyoto station, you can easily make day trips to Nara and Osaka.

We renovated traditional wooden townhouse as a cheap hostel. We wish to offer travelers an opportunity to meet Japanese culture and exchange cultural experiences. Friendly English speaking staffs are there with up-to-date local travel information.

Our hostel is located in Higashiyama area (Kiyomizu-temple, Silver Pavilion, etc.) visited by more than 12 million tourists annually. Within walking distance, you'll find restaurants, convenient stores, and ATM 24hours.

Front desk is open between 8:00 - 11:00 / 16:00 - 21:00
Check-in between 16:00 - 21:00, Check-out before 11:00.
The entrance will be locked at 21:00. Also between 21:00 to 8:00, there is no staff in the front desk.
Please be forewarned. If you are late, we will have to cancel the reservation and release the rooms.
All rooms are No-smoking. (Smoking is allowed in the garden.)

Check-in between 16:00〜21:00, Check-out before 11:00 *The entrance will be locked at 9:00AM. If you are late, your reservation is automatically canceled, and the cancellation fee is needed.
