PodShare Hollywood is custom built. You won\'t stay in a place like this anywhere else in the world. Since our pods are custom built into the wall, you never feel the person above or below you. Your pod is so roomy that you have space to spread out and put all of your belongings beside you.

PodShare is off of Hollywood Blvd so:
Turn left: the Walk of Fame, go to Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ripley\'s Believe it or Not etc.
Turn right: local theater, Amoaba music, restaurants and bars that real LA locals frequent

10 pods total. The loft has its own entrance on the ground floor (storefront) with keypad system so no curfew! Staff is here to help 9:30am to 12:30am


The Loft: 1200 sq. ft loft with 15ft ceilings.
Hollywood Blvd on our left, Sunset blvd on our right. Walk to clubs, restaurants, theaters, banks, bars, coffee shops and people.

$50 for a single person Twin and $70 for two-person shared Queen bed


Each Pod is 80in long by 50in wide and 5 ft high. 22 inch personal flat screen TV with Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc., adjustable LED night light for reading in bed, comfortable foam or spring mattress, private locker, computer station, stocked kitchen, WIFI and off of Hollywood Blvd.

We are VERY excited to offer this custom built 10-person PodShare! We have 1200 sq ft of co-ed existence, stocked with entertainment, clean quarters, large kitchen, bathroom and enthusiastic friends-to-be! PodShare is an incubator, not a hostel.

What we provide:
- towel, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo
- use of kitchen wares and 3 public computers (macs and PC)
- WIFI

We have a large kitchen and a grocery store one block away. Every Sunday, the group walks to Farmers Market together.

We have 15 metal lockers - bring a lock
Each pod has a flat screen TV - bring headphones

10 person occupancy. Come meet 9 awesome friends :)

Payment upon arrival by cash only
Check-in anytime after 11am (but flexible with advance notice)
Check-out by 2pm (you can hang out in the common area but not necessarily inside of your pod if we have a check-in)

Taxes not included - USD5 to be paid upon arrival

STORAGE SPACE: the locker is 12' wide by 11' deep and 24' high. Bring a lock or get one from us! At the foot of your bed you have
PARKING: Parking is free on the street from 8pm until 8am Monday through Thursday. Fri to Sunday it is 12pm to 8am free. If you are willing to walk 3-4 blocks there are streets for unmetered all day/all night free parking (lots of coffee shops on the route) OR the paid lots are $20/overnight. But hey, that's what you get for being in a super central commercial area
