You must be at least 16 years of age and have a Valid Photo ID to stay with us
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY RESERVATION WITHOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION OF CREDIT CARD DETAILS USED TO MAKE THE BOOKING. In order to check in you need valid photo ID (passport or drivers licence)and a Valid debit/bank card** *We have a minimum 2 week stay policy* Please note that 4/6 share rooms, and 8/10 share rooms are of equal value and are interchangable GROUP BOOKINGS: Different rules apply, please note that you will be contacted by the hostel staff regarding names of group and advanced payment must be made or one payment only on arrival. * *You may also be required to put a deposit down on arrival in cash for groups of 6+ at receptions discretion*** You must be 16 years or older to stay at the Hatters Cancellations must be made by 12 noon the day before arrival otherwise the first night will be charged if you fail to show or cancel. ** Groups 6 persons-14persons have 48 hours before the arrival.**** Though we try to fit groups in one room sometimes this is not possible-call reception to confirm.
