Now well-established as Manchester's favourite backpackers, we continue to please the young-at-heart...Renowned as a party hostel, we’re not for the quiet types looking to stay in bed!
Winner of a Manchester tourism award for outstanding customer service, we’re always trying to improve what we can provide to all our guests.
For example, we have a pool table, four internet machines, a huge up-to-date DVD collection, free maps, an Xbox with games, a training rooms, luggage room, and free tea, coffee and toast 24hrs a day!
Our great city centre location is ideal for the individual backpackers, students and groups. This area is the city's bohemian creative centre and is full of the eclectic record stores, funky clothes bazaars and terrific live music venues with music seven days a week – they’re cheap and very live.
The city is also blessed with over 50 museums and art galleries, all with free admission. Most are within walking distance!

I was booking 3 days in Hatters. I wanna book more days. Staff told me the price for 18p room on weekday is £12.5 per night, Friday night is £19 and Saturday is £21. However, I came back after 2 days, staff told me the price on weekdays is £14.5 and £22 for Friday night for 18p share house!!! WTF!! Why i have to pay more than others?! Terrible thing is that they said £22 for 18p room for Friday is definitely price. But when i check on website £22 is for 10 people women share room on Frida Cheng, from Taiwan ~ 19th Jun 2013
