Attention: Special Event Booking from the 12.09.2010 - 07.10.2010 (Oktoberfest)
Due to the fact that you are booking during the dates of the Oktoberfest, this hotel
has extra terms and conditions that you should be aware of. These are:- Cancellations
have to be made at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival - If you cancel less than 30
days prior to arrival, you will be charged 90% of your balance - Your credit card will be
pre-authorized for the total amount at time of booking, latest 30 days before arrival (cancellation deadline).

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cancellation Policy Oktoberfest 16.09.11 to 06.10.2011 All reservations for the Oktoberfest, 100% of the first night will be charged by the Hotel on the day of booking and is refundable.. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 30 days before arrival, 60% of the total balance will be charged. In case of no-show, the total balance will be charged. Please note that your card will be authorized 7 days before arrival in the total balance.
