The City Center Suite is a beautiful, two bedroom, 3 room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in the very center of Manhattan � just a 5 minute walk from the Empire State Building. The apartment is comfortable and cosy and even has a fireplace! The nicest part about the apartment is the view � it is not of skyscrapers, back alleys or brick walls but rather of a ballroom dancing studio which is situated right across the street. The view is very relaxing after a busy day in New York.

The City Center Suite and our other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible � the apartment is not perfect yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water � it costs a little more but we think it is worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it�s the little things like this that start to make a difference.

Please note that an additional 14.75% will be charged separately for NY hotel and occupancy tax and service and processing fees.

After the booking is made we will ask you to pay 50% prepayment of the booking.

Cancellation policy
� If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
� If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
� If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
� If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable

Check-in and check-out procedures:
Please note that you will need to pick up the keys at our key collection point at W 38th street (between 8th and 9th Avenue). Please call us at 917 3380845 to let us know your arrival time. Provide your arrival details in the 'COMMENTS' field.

Please, note that Hotel taxes and fees are not included and will be additional 14,75% to the listed price.

After the booking is made we will ask you to send us credit card authorization for 50% prepayment of the booking, the remaining 50% will need to be paid on arrival to the apartment.

Check-in and check-out procedures:
Usually the keys are passed on by the doorman. If there is a balance that you need to pay on arrival, you will also find credit card authorization in the envelope with the keys. The sum is usually already on the authorization. Please fill it out and leave on the kitchen table. We will pick the authorization form from the apartment the next day after your arrival between hours of 12 and 4 pm, you do not need to be home for that. We will also leave a check-out form for you. You can also leave those forms on the table with the authorization form. On check-out please leave the keys on the kitchen table and make sure that the door locks behind you.
