Malabar Hotel has recently completed renovation and this beautiful pre-war heritage building boasts 8 guest rooms with contemporary decorations. Hand-painted lamp shades, beautiful wall papers, warm lights, all these within the beautiful heritage structure that houses Malabar. Fully equipped with air-conditioners and free high-speed Wi-Fi, it has grown to become tourists' most favourite hotel in the heart of the celebrated heritage zone in Penang.

Malabar Hotel is centrally located at the gravity core of all actions. Penang is world-famous for its local street food, and most of the food you must try out on Chulia St, Kimberley St and Penang Rd are a mere 5-10 minute walking distance. There are many pubs and restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance too. Most of the UNESCO-designated heritage points of interests (e.g. Khoo Kongsi, Peranakan Museum, Fort Cornwallis, Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Penang Museum, Penang State Art Gallery, Armenian St, Little India etc) are within 15-minute walking distance. There are also morning markets along Campbell St, which is only 100 meter away, where you can get all kinds of fresh daily produce. Also the nearby Chowrasta wet market. You ought to check them out, it's an awesome morning experience! There are three kinds of rooms available to travellers in Malabar Inn, the Standard Double Bed room, the Standard King Bed room and The Suite. Each of the 8 rooms feature superior amenities.

To make each guest's stay comfortable, all rooms feature non smoking rooms, shower, air conditioning, complimentary WiFi. Guests will enjoy the hotel's excellent facilities and services including complimentary bottled water upon check-in, restaurant, and pets allowed.
