The property was taken out of the hunting zone 11 years ago and the land is organically managed (cultivation of Saffron) creating a haven for wildlife, also horses, cats and chickens live harmoniously here.
The valley of the Maurienne is the world's largest cycling area with prestigious mountain passes such as Iseran, Madeleine or Galibier.
